Abstract
Provided are an electric control box assembly (100) and an air conditioner outdoor unit (1000) having same. The electric control box assembly (100) comprises: an electric control box (10), the electric control box (10) defining a first cavity (14) and a heat dissipation air duct (13), the first cavity (14) being not communicated with the heat dissipation air duct (13), and the heat dissipation air duct (13) having a heat dissipation inlet (131) and a heat dissipation outlet (132); and an electric control element (20) and a heating element (30), the electric control element (20) being arranged in the first cavity (14), and the heating element (30) being arranged in the heat dissipation air duct (13).
