Abstract

The present application discloses an installation bracket (300) and an air conditioner. The installation bracket (300) is configured to be installed at a house (100), and the house (100) has a window structure (110). The installation bracket (300) includes a connection structure (311) and a load-bearing frame (320). The connection structure (311) is configured to connect to the window structure (110). The load-bearing frame (320) includes a frame body (330) extending in a first direction and an adjustment frame (340) connected to the frame body (330). The frame body (330) is connected to the connection structure (311). The adjustment frame (340) has an installation completion position (342) for connecting the air conditioner outdoor unit (200). In the first direction, one of the adjustment frame (340) and the frame body (330) is provided with a plurality of first adjustment positions (341) for the other to be selectively installed thereon, so as to adjust a distance between the installation completion position (342) and the connection structure (311).
