Abstract
A structure in which a plurality of sensor elements are formed into a same sheet shape can be simplified. An electrostatic capacitance sensor (1) including a dielectric layer (20), a ground layer (21), and a voltage application layer (22) has a wiring section (11) in which the ground layer (21) and the voltage application layer (22) are stacked with the dielectric layer (20) so that positions thereof in a stacking direction do not overlap with each other, and an electrostatic capacitance section that is a section extending from an end portion in a surface direction of the wiring section (11), in which the ground layer (21) and the voltage application layer (22) are stacked with the dielectric layer (20) between them.
