Abstract
To perform a remaining service life prediction with high accuracy, includes: a simulation processing unit (102) that simulates a signal strength with respect to an inspection condition that may be a cause of variability of a defect detection signal by non-destructive inspection and a defect condition that is a condition of a defect that is a target of the non-destructive inspection; a probability distribution estimating unit (104) that estimates, based on a result of analysis by the simulation processing unit (102) and an actual signal strength that is a signal strength of a response signal obtained by actual inspection, a probability distribution relating to the defect condition estimated from the actual signal strength; and a remaining service life predicting unit (105) that calculates a temporal change of the probability distribution relating to the defect condition estimated by the probability distribution estimating unit (104), estimates, as a remaining service life, time at which an overlapping part of the probability distribution relating to the defect condition after a predetermined period of time and a predetermined fracture probability distribution of an inspection target satisfies a predetermined condition, and outputs the estimated remaining service life to an output unit.
