Abstract
A diagnosis apparatus of a battery cell sets an SOC of a battery cell through charging, stores SOC setting data immediately after setting the SOC, measures an impedance of the battery cell, corrects the impedance based on the SOC setting data to calculate a corrected impedance, and diagnoses a low-voltage defect of the battery cell based on the corrected impedance.
