Abstract

A conveyance system includes: an automated guided vehicle; a reception section configured to receive a designation of an arrangement area in which the conveyance target object is to be arranged and a designation of an arrangement direction for the conveyance target object in the arrangement area; a conveyance information setting section configured to set a conveyance destination of the conveyance target object in the arrangement area such that the conveyance target object is arranged according to the arrangement direction, and to set a conveyance route from a conveyance origin to the conveyance destination based on map information; and a control section configured to cause the automated guided vehicle to convey the conveyance target object to the conveyance destination according to the conveyance route.
