Abstract

A BIM-based prefabricated building design system and a simulation assembly method. The system includes a data acquisition module, a BIM modeling module, a drawing generation module, a component processing module, an assembly module, and a verification module. The data acquisition module is configured to collect data information of a prefabricated building; the BIM modeling module is configured to construct a BIM model of the prefabricated building according to the data information; the drawing generation module is configured to export a building component drawing according to the BIM model; the component processing module is configured to perform production manufacturing according to the building component drawing; the assembly module is configured to perform assembly path planning on a manufactured building component, and perform assembly based on a planned path; and the verification module is configured to verify an assembled building. Therefore, integration of a prefabricated building design is realized, and the intelligent hoisting of a prefabricated building is achieved, thereby ensuring that assembly can be accurately completed.
