Abstract

This application is applicable to the field of terminal technologies, and in particular, relates to an image cropping method, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium. In this method, after obtaining an original image including a target object, the electronic device may determine a body aesthetic degree and/or a facial aesthetic degree of the target object. Subsequently, the electronic device may determine, based on the body aesthetic degree and/or the facial aesthetic degree of the target object, a target cropping manner in which posture aesthetics and/or facial aesthetics of the target object can be highlighted, and may crop the original image in the target cropping manner, to obtain a cropped image, so that the posture aesthetics and/or the facial aesthetics of the original image can be retained in the cropped image. This can improve aesthetics of the cropped image and user experience.
