Abstract
The present invention relates to a lithium metal battery having improved lifespan and stability, comprising: a positive electrode; a lithium metal negative electrode; a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the lithium metal negative electrode; and a non-aqueous electrolyte including an organic solvent, a lithium salt, and a compound represented by Chemical Formula I described herein.
