Abstract

A battery module includes a housing including a cover plate having thermal conductivity, a plurality of secondary batteries accommodated in the housing and each including an electrode assembly, a case accommodating the electrode assembly, a cap plate which seals the case and faces the cover plate, and a pair of terminals installed on the cap plate, a plurality of busbars accommodated in the housing and configured to electrically connect the plurality of the secondary batteries, and a heat conductor between the cap plates of the plurality of the secondary batteries and the cover plate.
