Abstract
Disclosed is a battery module including a plurality of pouch-shaped battery cells, each of the pouch-shaped battery cells including an electrode assembly, a receiving portion configured to receive the electrode assembly, a terrace portion forming an edge of the receiving portion, and a sealed portion located outside the terrace portion, wherein a guide portion having a predetermined shape is interposed between the pouch-shaped battery cells, and one side of the guide portion is located so as to extend to the vicinity of the sealed portion.
