Abstract
A semiconductor integrated circuit (10) for scrambling data and transferring the data to a transfer destination circuit (90) includes: a scrambler (50) that generates a scramble key and scrambles the data using the scramble key to generate scrambled data, the scramble key having a Hamming weight of B/2 when B is an even number and having a Hamming weight of (B+1)/2 or (B-1)/2 when B is an odd number where B denotes a bus width of the data; and a transfer controller (20) that transfers the scrambled data to the transfer destination circuit (90).
