Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses a data transmission method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when a first constraint condition is satisfied, executing at least one of downlink data receiving, uplink data sending, and downlink control channel monitoring within a first time period, wherein the first time period is a time period related to measurement. The method enables a terminal device to not interrupt data transmission within the first time period on the basis of the first constraint condition, thereby ensuring the continuity of data transmission.
