Abstract
A method and apparatus for measurement configuration transmission, a device, a medium and a program product are provided in the disclosure, which belong to the field of communication technology. The method is performed by a terminal device. The terminal device has a first receiver and a second receiver. Operation power consumption of the first receiver is lower than operating power consumption of the second receiver. The method includes the following. A measurement configuration is received. The measurement configuration includes a configuration for the first receiver to perform radio resource management (RRM) measurement. The terminal device obtains the measurement configuration, so that terminal device can perform RRM measurement using the first receiver, thereby reducing power consumption compared with performing RRM measurement using the second receiver.
