Abstract
Provided are power control methods and apparatuses, a communication device, a chip, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: a terminal device determining a second pathloss based on a first pathloss and a first pathloss offset, where the first pathloss is a pathloss between the terminal device and a first network device, and the second pathloss is a pathloss between the terminal device and a second network device; and the terminal device determining transmit power of the terminal device to the second network device based on the second pathloss.
