Abstract

Provided in the present disclosure are a determination method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: a network device determining at least one of a first parameter, a second parameter and a third parameter, wherein the first parameter, the second parameter and the third parameter are used for calculating a downlink peak data rate of a reduced capability (Redcap) terminal; and the network device determining at least one of a fourth parameter, a fifth parameter and a sixth parameter, wherein the fourth parameter, the fifth parameter and the sixth parameter are used for calculating an uplink peak data rate of the Redcap terminal. The determination method in the present disclosure may be used by a network device to determine a parameter for calculating uplink and downlink peak data rates of a Redcap terminal, such that the network device can successfully calculate the uplink and downlink peak data rates of the Redcap terminal, and such that the network device subsequently performs uplink and downlink resource scheduling regarding the Redcap terminal, thereby ensuring the accuracy and rationality of resource scheduling.
