Abstract
Provided are a method for channel access and a communication device. The method comprises: a first device determining first information, the first information being associated with power and/or energy of the first device, and the first information being used to determine a channel access priority level of the first device. Embodiments of the present disclosure determine a channel access priority level of a device on the basis of power and/or energy related information, which helps to reduce the channel access time of a power- and/or energy-limited device.
