Abstract

This device has a lower degree of complexity than a Narrow Band-Internet of Things (NB-IoT), and comprises: a control unit that determines the execution of a random access procedure; and a communication unit that transmits and receives signals related to the random access procedure. The communication unit transmits and receives signals related to a random access procedure of the device by using a subcarrier smaller than a subcarrier of signals related to a random access procedure of the NB-IoT device.
