Abstract

Provided in the present disclosure are a data transmission method, an access network, an apparatus and a storage medium. The access network at least comprises a control plane and a user plane, wherein the control plane is used for at least one of the following: managing network-level functions, managing network-level data, managing network-level tasks, transmitting control information related to the network-level tasks, transmitting control information related to the network-level data, transmitting the network-level data, transmitting control information and/or data related to terminal devices, transmitting data unrelated to the terminal devices, transmitting control information of the data unrelated to the terminal devices, and transmitting control information of tasks unrelated to the terminal devices; and the user plane is used for at least one of the following: transmitting the data related to the terminal devices, transmitting the data unrelated to the terminal devices, and transmitting the network-level data.
