Abstract
The present invention is applicable to the technical field related to display devices, and for example, relates to a light-emitting element package and a display device using a light-emitting diode (LED). The present invention comprises: a first layer having a light-emitting portion including light-emitting elements forming unit subpixels; a second layer positioned on a first surface of the first layer and including a terminal portion and a plurality of connection electrodes connecting a gap between the terminal portion and the light-emitting elements; a third layer positioned on the second surface of the first layer and through which light emitted from the light-emitting portion passes, wherein the connection electrodes may have a pillar structure having a height corresponding to the gap and an inclination angle with respect to the first surface.
