Abstract
A semiconductor light-emitting device for a display pixel according to an embodiment includes a light-emitting structure comprising a first conductivity-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductivity-type semiconductor layer; and a first electrode disposed below the light-emitting structure, wherein a lower surface of the first electrode comprises an electrode region and a first region, and the semiconductor light-emitting device may further include an aligner disposed in the first region, and the aligner may include an insulating material.
