Abstract

A flavor-generating article comprises a flavor source and an upstream portion disposed on an upstream side of the flavor source. The upstream portion has a first part, and a second part with a lower void ratio than the first part. The first part and the second part are adjacently arranged in a cross section orthogonal to a direction of adjacency of the flavor source and the upstream portion.
