Abstract
A sole has a cup-shaped sole main body portion. The sole main body portion includes a flat plate-shaped bottom portion and a wall portion rising upward from an outer edge of the bottom portion. An inner groove extending along an outer edge of the bottom portion is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the wall portion, and an outer groove extending along an outer edge of the bottom portion is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the wall portion.
