Abstract

A sink-float separating apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a water tank containing water, a feeding port through which a shredded material is fed into the water tank, a water supply pipe through which water is ejected from an ejection port located in water in the water tank, a guide configured to receive the water ejected from the ejection port of the water supply pipe in the water in the water tank and cause the water in the water tank to have a rising water flow, a first discharge port provided at a side face of the water tank, and a second discharge port provided at a bottom of the water tank.
