Abstract
A current collector plate welding device for a battery for welding a current collector plate to an electrode assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a welding mask comprising an alignment pin arranged to protrude on one side; and a current collector plate carrier on which the current collector plate is disposed and comprising an alignment groove into which the alignment pin is inserted.The current collector plate welding device for a battery and the current collector plate welding method according to an embodiment of the present invention have the effect of improving the welding quality of the current collector plate by ensuring concentricity between the current collector plate carrier and the welding mask.
