Abstract

A punching device (PU) includes a punching member (1), a pin (2) that protrudes one end portion (21) and the other end portion (22) thereof in the second direction (D2) from the punching member (1), a holder (3) that is coupled to the one end portion (21) and the other end portion (22), and a guide (4) that accommodates the punching member (1). The guide (4) has pin insertion holes (40). The one end portion (21) and the other end portion (22) protrude to outside the guide (4) through the pin insertion holes (4). The holder (3) has a fitting hole (30), and the guide (4) is fitted into the fitting hole (30) such that the holder (3) is held so as to be movable along an outer circumferential surface of the guide (4). The fitting hole (30) has a recessed portion (31) that is recessed outward in a radial direction. The guide (4) has a protruding portion (41) that is positioned within the recessed portion (31).
