Abstract

A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional manufactured object using, as a manufacturing material, a fiber reinforced resin filament in which a base material containing a thermoplastic resin is impregnated with at least one fiber or fiber bundle, the method including a first step of heating the fiber reinforced resin filament and extruding the heated fiber reinforced resin filament onto an extrusion target surface to form a deposited layer of the fiber reinforced resin filament on the extrusion target surface. In the first step, a thickness t<1> of each layer of the deposited layer is formed to be % or more of a diameter before extrusion and smaller than the diameter before extrusion of the fiber reinforced resin filament.
