Abstract

The present invention relates to a stabilized triple-mode vessel capable of operating on, above, and below the water surface. The vessel employs a novel configuration of U-, T- or L-shaped hydrofoils to optimize lift and minimize hydrodynamic drag. It is equipped with a stabilization system employing sensors such as an inertial measurement unit IMU (gyroscopes, accelerometers, compass), height sensors, and depth sensor for real-time dynamic adjustments. The vessel transitions seamlessly between three operational modes: surface-level, foiling, and submerged, through active control of hydrofoil angles and buoyancy regulation via air and water vents. The foiling mode serves as a high-speed state, minimizing hull-water contact and enhancing efficiency. Key features include advanced stabilization, simplified buoyancy control, and efficient propulsion, enabling the vessel to perform subsurface operations, reconnaissance, and high-speed transit with superior adaptability and performance.
