Abstract
Disclosed is a composite capable of reducing the resistance of a cell. According to an aspect, provided is a composite comprising graphene and carbon nanotubes on the graphene, wherein the ratio (I<sub>d</sub>/I<sub>g</sub>) of the intensity (I<sub>d</sub>) of the D band to that (I<sub>g</sub>) of the G band of the composite as measured by Raman spectroscopy is 1.00 or less.
