Abstract

To provide a composition having both excellent thermal stability and excellent suppression in heat-induced coloring, a composition is formed and contains: an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), a copolymer (B) including an ethylene structural unit and a structural unit represented by Formula (1) below, and a titanium compound (C), the content of the titanium compound (C) in the composition, in terms of metal, being 0.001 ppm by mass or greater and less than 10 ppm by mass, <img class="EMIRef" id="1fc2237f-3caf-4e71-86ab-f043e80d60f1-ia01" /> where R1 is an alkoxycarbonyl group (-COOR<A>) or an acyloxy group (-OOCR<A>), and the R<A> represents a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 20 carbons.
