Abstract
A composite membrane structure includes a middle layer and at least one surface layer. The middle layer has a plurality of holes, and the at least one surface layer is disposed on one side of the middle layer. The material of the surface layer is different from the material of the middle layer. A plurality of holes in the middle layer pass through the middle layer and open on opposite sides of the middle layer.
