Abstract
The present invention provides a phosphodiesterase derived from the genus Leptographium, containing the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1, or an amino acid sequence having 60% or more identity with the amino acid sequence, and having high GMP production capacity even in the presence of a high-concentration nucleic acid.
