Abstract
The present disclosure relates to: a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, into which a threonine dehydratase derived from Arabidopsis thaliana is introduced; a method for producing a branched-chain amino acid, comprising culturing the microorganism in a medium; a method for enhancing the production of a branched-chain amino acid, comprising culturing the microorganism in a medium; a composition for producing a branched-chain amino acid, comprising the microorganism, a culture of the microorganism, a fermentation product of the microorganism, or a combination of at least two thereof; and a use of the microorganism for producing a branched-chain amino acid.
