Abstract
A fluid heating device (1, 1a) according to an embodiment includes: a housing (11) having a space inside through which a fluid (100, 100a) flows; and at least one heater (12, 13, 14, 15) provided inside the housing and presenting a plate shape. The heater extends from a first inner wall (11c) side of the housing toward a second inner wall (11d) side facing the first inner wall, and a space is provided between the heater and the second inner wall.
