Abstract
A heat exchanger and a heat exchange system. The heat exchanger includes two heat exchange units, wherein each of the two heat exchange units includes plurality of heat exchange flat pipes (100) spaced from each other and a collecting pipe (200) in communication with the plurality of heat exchange flat pipes (100), and the plurality of heat exchange flat pipes (100) of the two heat exchange units are alternately arranged; and each of the plurality of heat exchange flat pipes (100) includes a runner reentering along a length of a corresponding heat exchange flat pipe (100), an inlet of the runner and an outlet of the runner are provided at the same end of the corresponding heat exchange flat pipe (100), each of the two heat exchange units includes two collecting pipes (200), the two collecting pipes (200) are configured for communicating a corresponding inlet of the runner and a corresponding outlet of the runner, and the two collecting pipes (200) of the same heat exchange unit are disposed at two opposite sides of the heat exchanger.
