Abstract
A method for designing an architectural project with the help of an architectural CAD program running on a computer, wherein the method comprises the step of drawing in the architectural CAD program a layout of the architectural project by providing wall elements and/or room elements on a two-dimensional plan, wherein the architectural CAD program is configured based on the drawn layout to calculate the bill of quantities of the architectural project.
