Abstract

A standard value is computed from the cumulative number of replaced components and an operation index; a load factor is computed on the basis of a ratio between a value computed for each customer category from the cumulative number of replaced components and the operation index used for computing the standard value, and the standard value; a future operation time is estimated for each machine from an operation history; a maintenance timing of a component is computed for each customer category from the maintenance history and the ratio; a maintenance time to reach the computed maintenance timing of the component is estimated from the future operation time and the maintenance timing of the component; and an inspection time is created on the basis of the estimated maintenance time. Accordingly, it is possible to automatically and more accurately create an inspection plan of a machine with high inspection efficiency at an appropriate timing in consideration of the influence of a load caused by a way of using a machine by a customer.
