Abstract
Provided is a battery cell activation process simulation system capable of efficiently train new trainees on actual activation process equipment without affecting the operation of actual activation process equipment. The system includes: a server storing basic information and training information about a training equipment as a training target battery cell activation equipment, and work history of a trainee participating in the training; a terminal providing the training information to the trainee participating in the training; an input interface provided at the terminal for inputting information of the trainee participating in the training; and a training contents selection logic constructing a training curriculum to be provided to the terminal based on an inputted information of the trainee.
