Abstract
An artificial intelligence device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure receives a voice command uttered by a user, obtains an analysis result of the received voice command, when the obtained analysis result is a request for a health diagnosis of the user, transmits an additional medical inquiry request to an electronic device, receives medical inquiry response information responding to the additional medical inquiry request from the electronic device, generates a prompt requiring disease diagnosis based on the health management information and the medical inquiry response information, transmits the generated prompt to a generative AI server, and can receive a diagnosis result from the generative AI server.
