Abstract

A system and method for infection prediction. An infection prediction model, trained using a training dataset acquired in a first set of circumstances, and a set of physiological parameters for a subject, acquired in a second, different set of circumstances, are obtained. Data values identified as contextually different to the training dataset are identified in and removed from the set of physiological parameters to generate a modified set of physiological parameters. Input features are generated from the modified set of physiological parameters and provided to the infection prediction model to generate an infection prediction score for the subject.
