Abstract
A trimmable capacitor structure and its trimming method are provided. The trimmable capacitor structure (10/10A) includes plural unit capacitors. At least one of the unit capacitors is a trimmable unit capacitor (100), including a first electrode plate (102) and a second electrode plate (104); a dielectric layer (106) provided between the first electrode plate (102) and the second electrode plate (104); a first metal line (110), provided to surround the first electrode plate (102); and a plurality of first trimming members (120), provided in a manner to electrically connect the first electrode plate (102) and the first metal line (110). The first metal line (110) is coupled to a first voltage (V1) and the second electrode plate (104) is coupled to a second voltage (V2).
