Abstract

The present invention provides a method of cleaning a chamber forming a perovskite compound, the method including a step of exposing an inner portion of the chamber to hydrogen (H)-containing gas plasma and a step of exposing the inner portion of the chamber to oxygen (O)-containing gas plasma, wherein the step of exposing the inner portion of the chamber to the oxygen (O)-containing gas plasma is performed after the step of exposing the inner portion of the chamber to the hydrogen (H)-containing gas plasma.
