Abstract

Provided are a liquid cooling assembly, a battery module, and a battery pack. The liquid cooling assembly includes a heat exchange unit and a connecting tube assembly. A respective cylindrical battery column is mounted between two adjacent heat exchange sections of the heat exchange unit. A flow channel of each heat exchange section has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. A fluid inlet branch tube of the connecting tube assembly is in communication with multiple fluid inlets. An inlet of the fluid inlet branch tube is disposed away from two heat exchange sections respectively located at two side edges of the multiple heat exchange sections. A fluid outlet branch tube of the connecting tube assembly is in communication with multiple fluid outlets. The fluid outlet branch tube is formed with an outlet.
