Abstract
Disclosed is a battery pack including a battery pack housing having a receiving portion configured to receive a plurality of battery modules and a cover plate coupled to an open upper surface of the battery pack housing, wherein the battery pack housing includes side walls formed in a quadrangular frame shape, a plurality of openings is formed in the side walls, and any one of a cover and a venting valve is selectively coupled to an outer surface of each of the plurality of openings.
