Abstract
A battery cell according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a battery case, an electrode assembly accommodated in the battery case, and an insulator interposed between the electrode assembly and one bottom surface of the battery case, the insulator having a shape in which the area in contact with the electrode assembly and the bottom surface of the battery case is smaller than the area in contact with the electrode assembly.
