Abstract

Described is a battery clamp assembly (100). The battery clamp assembly (100) includes a first clamp portion, a second clamp portion pivotally coupled with the first clamp portion via a pivot pin (122), a first insulator (102a), and a second insulator (102b). The first clamp portion includes a first handle portion (116) and a first jaw portion (118), while the second clamp portion includes a second handle portion (116) and a second jaw portion (118). The first insulator (102a) is coupled to an exterior surface of the first clamp portion, while the second insulator (102b) is coupled to an exterior surface of the second clamp portion. A crimp electrical connector (106) is coupled to the first handle portion to electrically couple with a conductor (146) while a threaded electrical connector (108) is coupled to the second handle portion to electrically couple with a conductor (146).
