Abstract

A stator (21) has a core (22), a coil (23), a first insulating portion (26), and a connecting portion (100). The coil (23) is a winding (23a) wound around each of teeth (25). The first insulating portion (26) is provided between the core (22) and the coil (23), and insulates the core (22) and the coil (23) from each other. The connecting portion (100) connects the first insulating portion (26) and the core (22). The connecting portion (100) is formed so that the coil (23) and the first insulating portion (26) can vibrate in the radial direction relative to the core (22).
