Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method, a terminal, a communication device, a communication system, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal determines, on the basis of a cell measurement result of the terminal, whether to execute a layer L1 measurement related operation. According to the technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal determines, on the basis of the cell measurement result, whether to execute the L1 measurement related operation, without the need for a network device to trigger start of L 1 measurement, thereby reducing extra signaling overhead caused by network device control and reducing the latency.
