Abstract

A terminal includes a receiving unit configured to receive, from a base station, barring information for restricting a terminal that uses a provisional profile for access; a control unit configured to, in a case of executing access using the provisional profile, derive a first access identity for the access using the provisional profile and a first cause value corresponding to the first access identity, and acquire, based on the first access identity, a first check result indicating whether the access is permitted to a network restricted by the barring information; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit, to the base station, a wireless connection configuration request including the first cause value in a case where the first check result indicates that the access is permitted.
