Abstract
The present disclosure is for transmitting small data in a wireless communication system. A method performed by a first network node may comprise the steps of: transmitting a modification request message to a second network node; receiving, from the second network node, an acknowledgement message for the modification request; transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) connection release message to a terminal in order to change the state of the terminal to an RRC inactive state; receiving an activity notification message from the second network node; and transmitting a paging message to the terminal.
